Randy Johnson

When Randy Johnson contacted us, wanting to list our home, we explained to Randy that we tried a local Agency about a year ago, and expressed the disappointing results. Not one showing, no open house and the time frame it took before the listing was online, etc... which made us very hesitate to meet with Randy or any other agency.

We decided to meet with Randy on a Wednesday evening. Randy was on time, came fully prepared with a folder showing a study of the area, recent sales and current area listings. During Randy's short presentation, he answered all our questions before we even asked, which Karen & I had on a piece of paper without Randy knowing that.

Randy then gave us a time frame on how our listing will get on the market, starting with a photo shoot of the property to posting the sign in the yard. Randy held true to his word, and kept us informed of every detail until completed.

Within two days after the sign was posted and online, we had a showing, than a offer, which we accepted because it was so close to the asking price.

Even thou the buyer came from a different Agency, Randy stayed on top of every detail, answered all questions and concerns in a very timely manner all the way up to the closing date.
